Colds, Coughs, Aches and Pains

Congestion
(Place 3-5 drops on an infuser in the bedroom over night or during the day.  If you have difficulty breathing, place 2-3 drops on a cotton ball and place under the edge of your pillow case)

  • Lavender   10 drops
  • Tea Tree 10 drops
  • Eucalyptus  15 drops

Headaches
(Add 3-5 drops to a hot bath or use in a diffuser)

  • Lavender 10 drops
  • Geranium 8 drops
  • Roman Chamomile 8 drops
Tired Muscles
(Dilute into 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into muscle)
  • Eucalyptus Globulus 7 drops
  • Peppermint 5 drops
  • Ginger 5 drops
