Q - Why are your prices so low?
A - For four main reasons.
1st, we strive to keep our overhead very low.
2nd, we work closely with our supplier(s) to keep prices low.
3rd, we would rather make a little profit on selling a lot of products instead of making a lot of profit on selling a few products.
4th, we price our products affordably so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of Aromatherapy.
Q - Do you offer quantity discounts?
A - Yes, but there are minimum orders. Email for more information.
Q - Do you sell wholesale?
A - Yes, please email us your contact information including phone number or call us for details.
Q - Are your essential oils organic?
A - Yes, GC/MS analysis verifies the quality of each oil we sell.
Q - Can you supply other essential oils that are not listed on your website?
A - YES, we have a very extensive supply network and can provide virtually any oil you would like. Please email us information on what oil you are looking for and in what quantity.
Q - What forms of payment do you accept?
A - We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal for on-line orders. We also accept mail orders which can be paid for by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Personal Check. You may print out the order form on our home page and mail to us with the appropriate payment.
Q - What is your return policy?
A - We will issue a gift certificate or replace (at our option) any item that is damaged or non-working or unopened. You must contact us for instructions for returning item(s), within 48 hours of delivery.
